Chasing Dog Tales With Elaine Bryant

Today we are taking part in the Pet Bloggers Gift Exchange.

Every year in December, Pamela from Something Wagging This Way Comes, holds this event where we bloggers put our name on a list and get matched up with another blogger. No, we don't actually give material gifts, we give and get the gift of a new friendship, discovering a new blog, and sharing each others achievements.

This is my second year participating, and this year I am paired with Elaine Bryant from
Chasing Dog Tales.

dog training tips

I am so happy to discover Elaine and her beautiful dog.
Haley (her Lab/Boxer mix) who just turned 8 years old has been her inspiration for the blog.
Elaine's son Brandon had discovered Haley when she was just a young pup.
She had been living in an outdoor kennel, she was full of fleas and worms, and they rescued her, so to speak, and brought her back to health.

I just love stories like that, and I can imagine how close of a bond they have. It truly shows through her writing.

Chasing Dog Tales is the go to site for training tips, product reviews, and even just some happy tales, or tails...maybe both! ;)

Scrolling through her website, you can find anything your looking for, but she even has some specific links to different posts she has done, such as :

I especially enjoyed her latest post titled :

Tips for dog birthdays

Elaine and Haley share some wonderful ideas on how to celebrate your dogs birthday!

Everything from a trip to the pet store and buying some favorite treats, to simply enjoying nature, or some extra belly rubs!
