Grateful Pit Bull Gets Rescued From a Trash Pile

Meet Thor. Thor is a gorgeous white Pit Bull who happened to find himself lost in a trash pile at a garbage facility in Los Angeles. Hope for Paws Rescue Organization  received a phone call from the Waste Management Center about this stray dog who had wondered in and made himself at home in their garbage piles. Right away Hope For Paws went to work, with the help of LA Animal Rescue.

The workers at the garbage center had to use their heavy machinery to clean a path to the dog, so that the rescuers could make their way up to the Pit Bull. The thing was, the dog was terrified and ran every time rescuers got close to him. Luckily, after returning the next day, they were able to get close enough to him, and the rescue was a success. Please take a few moments to view his rescue video. It is very heart warming, and at the end, you can see how thankful this gorgeous Pit Bull was to his rescuers as he showers them with kisses and love.

Hope For Paws asks that we share this video to help find Thor a home. Also if you would like to donate to help keep this organization going click here for more info.

Thanks for coming by, and hope to see you back tomorrow :)
