Talking Huskies - #MultiPetMania

Siberian Huskies - boy do they like to talk! Living in a house with multiple huskies, sometimes can get pretty noisy. It's funny because I have read on different websites that Siberian Huskies are not a noisy breed . . . HA! Who are they kidding? Sure they may not "bark" barely ever, but howl and talk? Oh heck yea!

Siberian Husky funny meme

Today, I thought it would be fun to show you a little bit of my life with multiple huskies. Specifically treat time. You see, my huskies seem to think they just dance around, be cute, howl at me, and all of the sudden a treat will magically appear in my hands. Ahhh who am I kidding, it works every time!

Take a look at my video, you will see exactly what I mean! This is just a typical day with the sibe tribe, and I love every minute of it! Thanks for watching :)

  2. The same thing happens here. Sometimes we think we need to send our humans to Siberian University so they can learn to understand Siberian-speak!!!

    1. I taught Koda to say mama and I love you. He did it WONDERFULLY for a little while but then he decided he didn't want to say it anymore. Now I just get rumbled up husky talk hahaha!!!

  5. THAT is hysterical. My dogs are more vocal when I come home from work but I did bring a toy home from BlogPaws and Sampson was beside himself.

So are they talkative all the time, or just when they want something?

That's a bit of a trick question hahaha!!! Because see, they ALWAYS want something, so they tend to talk.....a lot!

  6. Mom's family had a husky when she was a kid and he sure did love to talk. I'm not sure, though, us GBGV hounds may make even more noise!

  7. I love how they talk!! You really did make them work for that cookie though...BOL! Ours usually just stare at the cabinet, or wherever they know treats are, and Luke especially will just sit right down. If that doesn't work he'll go right into his lie down. These guys are mostly noisy when there is a potential intruder nearby!

    1. hahaha! I know. It's funny though because I didn't even plan this video. All I did was walk into the kitchen, and Mika started howling at me, so I talked to her and asked what she wanted LOL!! Well as soon as she started talking, the other two did so I figured it was a perfect opportunity to snatch a video to show everyone how noisy they are. :)

  8. Hi Y’all!

My Human says Basenjis are like that. They don't have a bark, but they talk. They have a kiyi that can sound like a child or baby screamin'. She used to have one, guess she knows.

If you haven’t already, I hope y’all will come to my new home, http://www.browndogcbr.net. I’m still workin’ on it. I’m tryin’ different formats. I have a new one today. We would appreciate your input.

    Y’all hurry on by now!

  12. Too cute! Barley really only talks to me when we're going to a park she really loves. She knows every turn on the way to the arboretum we love to visit and she knows every single turn--when one of the roads was closed and we had to do a detour, we had a very noisy car ride!

    1. haha!!! I love it when they talk and howl! I remember as a child always hearing my aunts dogs (she had huskies) howling and carrying on and couldn't wait to start a pack of my own!

  13. BOL!! What an adorable video! My husband walked into the room as I was watching it, thinking it was our Husky LOL! They are definitely vocal, I would never say they're a quiet breed by any means.
