Dog Bowl Stands From Dejavoid - Eating In Style

dog bowl stands
For the longest time, my dogs have ate and drank in the same spots. Bowls on the floor, lined up beside each other. I never really thought much about it to be honest. That is, until I started doing a little bit of research, and came across an article which provided information as to why our dogs should be eating at an elevated level. For instance, did you know that when our dogs eat at the traditional floor level, food has a harder time travelling down the dogs digestive tract?
It's true. By elevating the bowls, their heads stay above their stomachs, thus allowing food to flow through their bodies much easier.

After learning this information, you can imagine how thrilled I was to discover Dejavoid Dog Bowl Stands. I received the Siberian Husky Dog Bowl stand as shown in the photo, and I can't even begin to describe the quality craftsmanship on this product.

A little bit about Dejavoid -

These stands are created by the owner and creator of Dejavoid, along with a local metal shop. All of the designs are cut using a computer, ensuring consistency for each stand. After the cuts are made, the stands are then welded and prepared for powder coating. Powder coating has a much less chance of chipping than regular paint. After that, rubber feet are added to the stand, and 2 stainless steel bowls to go along with it. Nicholas has a beautiful German Shepherd which of course was his inspiration to create these stunning stands, and he also plans to create smaller versions to accommodate smaller breeds.

As I mentioned above, the craftsmanship used to create these is just amazing. I was not disappointed. The fact that he had a Siberian Husky stand made it that much better! Lexus made a gorgeous model sitting next to the new food stand.

It's funny, because after one feeding, I quickly noticed that Koda seemed to eat with ease. Not that he had any trouble before, but he just looked more relaxed, and comfortable. He is a pretty tall boy, so elevating his food and water just seemed to look more natural. I mean, I couldn't imagine having to bend my neck over and eat that way.

Final Thoughts?

I highly recommend these dog food stands! Currently there are 6 breeds to choose from, and you can head on over to see his selection here. There will be more breeds arriving in the future. And let me tell you, they are well worth the money. I love the background story, and how his GSD inspired him, and I loved learning exactly how he goes about creating each one of these gorgeous stands.

Nicholas has been generous enough to provide me with a personal coupon code to share with you all! When you spend $100.00 or more, you will get $5.00 off your purchase.

  1. That's pretty cool! I've never seen a food bowl stand with the breed figure in it! I bet you all love eating out of it too. I would probably have to go with a basset or something since my breed is nowhere to be found.

  3. That is a beautiful elevated feeder. We have one for water, but not for food. It might be helpful for Lightning since he is SO tall. Thanks for telling us about them.

  5. I SERIOUSLY love this! I need to check and see if they have one for single bowls, why? I am FINALLY going to set up the wonderful water bowl that I won from you !! Right now we have been using a Neater Feeder for the past few years, and it might be time for a change. If I switch Dakota's water bowl to your bowl, I won't be able to use the other feeder (I think)...that is why I am thinking of getting a single feeder if they make such an animal!! lol! Thanks for featuring this! xoxo

    1. I don't think there is one for just one bowl, but hey, you could always just get one, and put food in both? hahahahaha!!!

  6. Love the design. Very unique. I started taking raised dog dishes a little more seriously when I discovered ones that looked like they were made to blend into the design of a home instead of being an eye sore in he corner. This one is beautiful.
