Every Once And A While...

Every once and a while, a dog enters your life and changes everything.
This quote couldn't be more true, and for me, this rings true for all 3 of my huskies. It's a bit hard to explain without going into my past life a whole lot, but let me just say that these huskies have made my life complete. I couldn't ask for a better family - between my human kids, the man of the house and of course all of my fur babies (cats and huskies) they all have had a huge positive impact on my life. I thought this quote was a perfect fit for that feeling.

    1. I really did, and I actually feel crappy for my past dogs because I just didn't feel the connection with them as I do these ones. I mean, I loved them to death, but something is just...different now.

  20. That is such a sweet quote! I love it. I had a dog from the time I was born until I was 12 (she was 13). That dog was my best friend in the whole wide world. Every once in a while I wonder if she is staring down at me from Heaven and being proud of the work I'm doing to help animals.
