|DOG FOR DOG - YOU BUY ONE. WE GIVE ONE.|
Every dog deserves to have nutritious, quality dog food and dog treats, am I right? Pet lovers worldwide have great intentions to donate to pets in need when, and if they can. But the reality is, not everyone can afford to do that. So how are we supposed to help?
Today, I am happy to introduce you to Dog For Dog - treats, food, and so much more! So right about now, you might be wondering what on earth Dog For Dog has to do with the fact that we, as animal lovers, always have good intentions of donating to pets in need, as I mentioned above.
Anyone who is "owned" by dogs, makes it a regular part of their shopping routine, to purchase dog treats/food, while they are out shopping. Wouldn't it be great, if you purchased a dog treat for your pet, and the company you purchased it from, donated a bag of dog food (or a treat) SIMPLY because of your purchase? Well, good news!! With any Dog For Dog item purchased, they donate some of their dog food/treats to shelter dogs in need!
Dog For Dog has made it their mission to help dogs in need. Back in 2011, Rocky Kanaka founded his company, Dog For Dog. He felt that he was struggling to find enough different ways to help animals. He wanted to do more. In turn, an idea sparked in him... he wanted to attempt a "buy one - give one" business. Rocky, being the owner of a dog bakery - thedogbakery.com - got to work right away on creating the first DOGSBAR.
DOGSBARS - Dogsbars are Gluten FREE (how cool is that?) nutrition bars for dogs! Not only did my huskies LOVE these Dogsbars, but they are a paw-fect treat for those "on the go" dogs, (hiking, walking, dog park play) or even just a quick snack, to keep your dog happy until dinner time!
And don't even get me started on their fantastic minis! These peanut butter, (other flavors available) bite size treats are PAW-fect for use in dog training. I am all about positive training and using high value treats... however, it is key to remember, if you are using treats for training, healthy and nutritious is the way to go! These wheat and corn free Dog For Dog Mini peanut butter dog treats, have been a huge part of our dog training in the past couple of weeks. I can now personally vouch for the fact, that these dog treats are so tasty, I now consider them to be a high value treat here in the husky mad house!
Using #dogtreats for training? Nutritious is the way to go! These @DogforDog Mini's are a paw-fect high value treat! #DOGforDOGPetSmart #ad— Jenna Drady (@HuskyCrazed) December 15, 2015
