I think we are ok to assume that we have all met a large dog who acts like they are the size of a Chihuahua. Am I right? Well I happen to have one of those dogs. Everyone.. you all are familiar with my male Siberian Husky, Koda? WELL... what you may not know, is that my big strong husky... is a big, HUGE bundle of sappy love, who thinks he is a Chihuahua. Or at least, he thinks he is the size of a Chihuahua.
No Koda, you are not a Chihuahua...
This boy literally must think he is light as a feather. He jumps up in my lap, he curls up on my lap, he tries to squeeze through the smallest places, and he uses his paws a lot. And what I mean by "using his paws" is that he is always throwing his paw up on my arm, or face when he wants to come say hello to me, but see.... his paw is fricken HUGE! It's not like we are talking about some teeny tiny little cat sized Chihuahua paw. His paws weigh a ton, and I have the scratches all over my arms to prove it! BOL!
As you can see in the image above... Koda is all nice and curled up on my lap. This is an every day occurrence. And let me tell you... Koda is anything but light on his feet, so when jumps up on your lap, it is a wee bit of a painful experience! But you know what? I love every minute of it. Koda is Koda. He is my puppers, my Koda-Pop, my husker-boo. Koda is my Siberian husky who thinks he is a Chihuahua, and I love him for it!
How about you?
Have you ever met a big dog who thinks they're small?
Or maybe you have one in your home? Please share with us in the comments!
